What kind of jackass loser would thinks it is "funny" or "cool" to screw with someones satellite dish?
This isn't even the first time it has happened here. Living in the middle of crapville the dish has to be on a pole near the street....Thank goodness there are no street lights near the house here..........
Just one more reason on the LONG long list of shit to hate about this place.
And I was having such a decent night too, just got done watching "Duel" which was incredible..but now all the thoughts I had about it are gone.

Just another glaring reason to move back to the PNW. Seriously, there's a new, big and bright neon sign on 84 going west right past the 205 junction that reads..."Portland...where jackass losers don't screw with your satellite dish."
"Duel"...not bad for a made for TV movie. Even back then you can see how brilliant Spielberg's going to be in his future movies. It has a pre-Jaws vibe going on...just substitute an 18-wheeler for Bruce the Shark...
In Portland you could just take care of the little shits with a baseball bat if they tried to mess with the dish. If you tried that here I'm afraid you would come face to face with their parents...you might have seen them, they were in Wrong Turn,and The Hills Have Eyes.
Yeah I noticed that Duel did have a lot of Jaws like stuff going on. The DVD had an interview with Spielberg about the movie which was interesting as well.
Finally got the dish re-pointed...With the amount of trouble I had getting all of the bolts loosened just to get it to budge I am assuming that someone must have dropkicked the damn thing out of place...you would think I would hear something like that happening.
Pierce...are you still with us? Been awhile since a post...don't tell me you're still messing with that crazy dish...
Wow it has been a little bit since my last post. Yeah I'm still around. Don't worry I wasn't locked up for finding the little SOBs and exacting my revenge.
The heat is really what has been killing me lately. But I have snuck in a little bit of quality movie watching lately, and some that was not so much with the quality (I'm looking at you "The Fountain")
