"Phantasm"...good call. That was...The ball is back! "Phantasm"...good call. That was one of those weird, twisted horror movies of my youth. Cronenberg's "The Brood" was the other one that sticks in my memory. I didn't see "Phantasm" in the theater, but caught it many times on cable the following year. The low budget feel and bad acting made it believable in a strange way...it had a certain atmosphere, shocking ending and dark feel that harkened up vibes of the original "Halloween" and "The Omen" to name a few.The McGuffinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16058154425116248048noreply@blogger.com
